The trends in the precious metals market often provide some insights into the cryptocurrency asset market. Recently, it has been observed that silver (SLV) has experienced a significant parabolic upward movement over the past month, while gold (GLD) has shown a similar price curve over the past year. Interestingly, the movements in these traditional commodity markets usually lead the performance of digital assets. If large-cap commodity markets like gold and silver have already experienced such significant gains, it seems unreasonable to hold an overly pessimistic attitude towards the performance of mainstream digital assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum in 2026. In other words, perhaps we should take these market signals more seriously.
