Running is something you must persist with



When I first started running half a year after 24 years, I could only run 2-3 kilometers, and I had to rest many times in between, gasping for breath

In 25 years, I increased from 3 kilometers to 5 kilometers, sometimes running continuously without rest, then gradually increasing the pace

On the first day of 26 years, I decided to put some pressure and set a goal for myself, raising the distance to 6 kilometers, and then gradually increasing the pace again

6 kilometers also symbolizes that everything will go smoothly in 26 years. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year🎉
