Flow: Abandon rollback and adopt a new isolation recovery plan

FLOW-8,13%

Odaily Planet Daily reports that Flow officials have updated the attack incident on the X platform, indicating a shift from network rollback to an “Isolation Recovery Plan.” Key points of the new scheme include: 1. No rollback/reorganization, all legitimate user activities are retained; 2. No partner replay of transactions needed; 3. Over 99.9% of accounts are unaffected, and normal operation resumes after restart; 4. During restart, temporarily restrict accounts receiving illegally minted tokens; additionally, the network will recover in phases. The first phase involves launching the Cadence environment, with EVM temporarily limited; the second phase involves Cadence fixes (approximately 24-48 hours); the third phase involves EVM fixes and restart; the fourth phase restores cross-chain bridges/exchanges. The specific recovery time will be decided by the operators based on actual conditions after confirming stability.
