The transaction, which reached final closure on August 15, 2025, represents a diversified capital placement approach. Heritage acquired 23,529,411.76 IP tokens at $3.40 per token using $80 million of the cash component, integrating these assets into its growing treasury. The institutional backing came from a notable syndicate including the Story Foundation, a16z crypto, Amber Group, Arrington Capital, dao5, Hashed, Mirana Ventures, Neoclassic Capital, Open World, Polychain Capital, Selini Capital, Stix, and Syncracy Capital—a coalition representing substantial blockchain ecosystem influence.

Following this capital placement round, Heritage’s balance sheet now carries over 53.2 million IP tokens, valued at approximately $320 million based on the August 22, 2025 closing price of $6.0668 per token.
