#ETH Structure Interpretation
1️⃣ Ethereum's current trend shows a certain correlation with Bitcoin, but the relative strength of ETH is more subdued. ETH is fluctuating around 2950 without forming a breakthrough momentum, continuing to consolidate back and forth within a relatively narrow price range. According to today's ETH/BTC ratio data, the relative ratio of ETH to BTC has not significantly strengthened, indicating that ETH has not yet become a structurally strong asset in the overall market.
Overall, the short-term structure of ETH still leans towards oscillating in relation to BTC, rather than making its own independent move.
2️⃣ Capital Flow & On-chain & Exchange Dynamics
Capital flows are cautious: Similar to BTC, there are no obvious signs of capital pouring into ETH, and the market's risk appetite for ETH remains limited.
Weak short-term rebound attempts: ETH has seen several rebounds in the short term, but has failed to hold key price levels (such as 3030 USD), proving that the short-term strength is insufficient;
Ecological factors have not shown significant changes: there are no obvious signs of explosive positive on-chain events or large-scale capital inflows back into the ETH ecosystem recently.
3️⃣ Day Trading Strategy
Weak varieties, only short positions and not many. Before regaining and stabilizing above 3030, it is not recommended to view any rebound as a trend reversal.
If there is an effective breakout above 3030 in 1 hour, then it may be worth considering to enter some long positions on a pullback, with around 2975 being a relatively good entry point. The stop loss should be placed below 2940. The plan for short positions is to enter around 3150.
4️⃣Risk Warning
High Volatility Risk: ETH volatility is usually higher than BTC, and rapid reversals may occur before trend confirmation.
Linkage Risk: ETH structure relies on BTC, if BTC experiences a rapid adjustment, the downside potential for ETH is more likely to be magnified;
Risk of False Breakouts: Rebounds that break through often easily fail, so it is necessary to guard against the risk of chasing highs.
