Wall Street is officially entering the tokenization era.
The SEC has issued a No-Action Letter to DTCC, clearing the way for tokenization services for DTC-custodied assets, with rollout expected in H2 2026.
The SEC has also approved DTCC’s plan to tokenize stocks, bonds, and U.S. treasuries — a major breakthrough for real-world asset tokenization.
