Chainlink's Sergey Nazarov recently shared his take on where tokenization meets traditional finance. His main point? Efficiency will be the game-changer.

"The efficiency I think, will be a huge attracting force," he noted. But here's the catch - you can't prove that efficiency exists in a vacuum. "You won't be able to prove the efficiency unless there's enough assets on-chain," Nazarov explained.

It's a chicken-and-egg situation. TradFi needs to see the benefits before fully committing, yet those benefits only become obvious when enough value migrates on-chain. The infrastructure is ready. The question now is whether traditional finance will take the leap before competitors do.
