This year marks the tenth anniversary of the Hong Kong FinTech Week. For the past four years, I have quietly regarded "taking the stage at this conference" as my small goal. This year, I finally achieved it.

I will participate in the closing session speech on the main stage of Hong Kong FinTech Week x StartmeupHK Festival 2025 on November 4th.
So why is it a "silent little goal"?
Because I have always believed that Hong Kong FinTech Week is the most influential and prestigious conference in the city. More importantly, it is a truly fair platform that allows me to have an equal dialogue with my old colleagues in the traditional financial sector, telling them: "Hey, I can also stand on the stage of that conference."
This is a recognition.
Prove the value of the cryptocurrency industry, worthy of sharing the stage with traditional finance; prove that our experience and knowledge are equally significant; prove that we are serious about our work.
After experiencing hundreds of speeches, I can finally check off the meeting that I have always been absent from.
As a show of support for the conference, Gate will be the sponsor of the Finoverse closing party held at Boomerang on November 5th. This is also the third consecutive year that Gate is hosting exclusive institutional and VIP client events during FinTech Week.
I am really very excited (the kind of "excited" that is genuine, not the ChatGPT kind), looking forward to reuniting with old friends, meeting new ones, and reminiscing about the stories of the year 2025.
