Communicate investment insights and strategies with animal teachers.
While chatting and walking with the animal teacher, we talked about how investors generally believe that investing has a fifty-fifty chance, just like flipping a coin. However, the animal teacher presented another perspective: in fact, the average person's investment win rate is less than 30%. Most people tend to increase their positions when stocks are rising and panic sell when they are falling, often selling at the bottom. As a result, the average person's investment win rate is only about 34%. This perspective really inspired me; indeed, ordinary people are often caught in various traps in the financial market. Whether it's experts, the media, or various new large investors, they are all hunting retail investors.
We also talked about how frequent trading can lead to significant deductions in fees each time. I looked at my investment position and found that the fees were deducted by 2‰. The animal teacher mainly invests in options, where the fees can even reach three thousandths. Therefore, the strategy we set later is to minimize trading frequency and reduce fees.
In addition, we also discussed grid trading strategies and decided to deepen our learning and investment, making this our main focus. Everyone agreed to supervise each other to ensure execution. Reviewing past trades is also very important; after returning, I will conduct an asset inventory and try to review every trade. All of this requires the strength of the team, and the mutual supervision among partners is crucial. Of course, I will also actively supervise the actions of the animal teacher.
