Optimism completes the Isthmus Hard Fork, taking the lead in supporting the Ethereum Pectra upgrade.

Gate.io News bot, according to Wu, Optimism announced that it has completed the Isthmus hard fork upgrade, integrating the core functions of Ethereum’s Pectra upgrade into OP Stack and Superchain. The upgrade was completed within two days of the deployment of Pectra on the Ethereum mainnet, making Superchain the first Layer 2 ecosystem to implement the Pectra upgrade. The upgrade scope covers multiple OP Stack chains such as Base, Ink, OP Mainnet, Soneium, and Unichain.
