About Double Authentication:
Double Authentication provides another layer of security to your account when it is being logged in. Before enabling Double Authentication, please make sure that a phone number, a Google/Gate authenticator or an email address (at least 2 out of all 3 authentication methods) are linked to your account. With Double Authentication enabled, anyone trying to log in to this account must provide codes from 2 authentication methods, which improves the security of your account by a large margin.
How to enable Two Step Authentication on website:
Log in to your account. Place your cursor on the top-right profile icon and go to "Security authentication" - “Login 2-Step Verification"，then click ”Turn on“.
How to enable Two-Factor Authentication on app:
Open Gate mobile app and log in to your account. Click on the top-left profile icon then click on ”Profile and Settings“， go to "Security" > "Two-Factor Authentication" to enable Two-Factor Authentication.
