NodeOps Ecosystem Introduction
NodeOps automates the coordination of various Compute resources through AI, achieving efficient operations across chains, teams, and distributed infrastructure. The network covers validator nodes, GPU AI inference nodes, and decentralized storage nodes, providing dynamically composable Compute services.
DAO governance mechanism and voting process
NodeOps adopts a Proof of Coordination model to govern the network, ensuring that governance participants have actual contributions. The governance process is as follows:
- Discussion phase: Start PIP discussions on Discourse.
- Proposal Stage: Feasible PIP uploaded to NodeOps Portal.
- Voting Stage: DAO members vote on-chain based on the weight of their staked $NODE or UNO NFT.
Users who stake or bind $NODE have a 1:1 voting power, while UNO NFT holders enjoy an additional weight of 2,000 $NODE for each NFT.
The core function of the $NODE Token
$NODE is the core driving force of the NodeOps network economy, with main functions including:
- Ensure Compute Security: Provide economic security assurance through staking.
- Reward network participants: Compute providers, coordinators, and active users can earn $NODE rewards based on actual contributions.
- Accessing Network Services: Users gain access to non-transferable prepaid service by burning $NODE.
- Network Governance: Voting determines reward policies, emission ratios, and ecological development directions.
Dynamic Minting and Burning Mechanism
NodeOps introduces the Burn-and-Mint Equilibrium model, closely linking the issuance of $NODE with protocol revenue:
- Dynamic issuance: The minting quantity is calculated daily based on network revenue and the $NODE price.
- Governance Control: DAOs can adjust the burn/mint ratio to ensure a balance between token supply and demand.
- Long-term stability: Gradually transition from the initial phase of 0.2 ratio to long-term balance, supporting sustainable network growth.
How to participate in NodeOps network
Users can participate in the ecosystem in the following ways:
- Governance Participation: Stake or bind $NODE to participate in on-chain voting.
- Provide Compute: Become a network node, bind $NODE and increase staking according to machine capacity.
- Use the service: Burn $NODE to obtain network services and prepaid access.
Participating in NodeOps not only allows you to earn rewards but also to influence network development and protocol improvement, truly realizing decentralization governance.
