The blockchain was launched on January 17th with the aim of supporting education applications and on-chain education driven by the EDU token. The highlight of EDU Chain is the Open Campus (OC) achievement system, formerly known as verifiable credentials. This system allows educational institutions and training centers to issue decentralized, tamper-proof qualification records for learners.
