Matt OConnor, co-founder of the Legion platform, said that some VCs advocate avoiding public sales and oppose discounted valuations and short-term vesting periods. He specifically mentioned that VCs have no problem with team airdropping unlocked tokens, but they would object if the team sells some unlocked tokens.
