The Hong Kong-based fintech serves over 7 million users globally. This move lets users spend Sui-native assets at real-world merchants.

Those merchants span more than 100 countries. RedotPay processes over $10 billion in annualized payment volume as of November 2025.

RedotPay and Sui Partner to Expand Crypto Spending

The partnership gives RedotPay users direct access to Sui’s payments infrastructure. Transactions settle in under a second with low fees.

Users no longer need to bridge assets or pay extra conversion costs. That removes a major friction point in everyday crypto spending.

RedotPay’s flagship product, the crypto card, already works with Apple Pay and Google Pay. It supports multiple digital assets through its Multi-Currency Wallet.

SUI and USDC-Sui now join BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, and others on that list. The card works at over 130 million merchants worldwide.

According to a blog post by Sui, the integration reinforces Sui’s position as a payments-focused blockchain. It gives millions of users access to instant global transactions.

The goal is to make sending money as simple as sending a message.

Native USDC on Sui Sets RedotPay Apart

RedotPay is among the first crypto card providers to support native USDC on Sui.

Most competitors rely on bridged versions of USDC. Bridged assets often carry extra fees and slower settlement times. Native support skips that entirely.

Mysten Labs built Sui’s payments infrastructure for exactly this kind of use. The founding team previously worked on Meta’s Diem stablecoin project.

Co-founder and CPO Adeniyi Abiodun said users can now buy coffee or pay for travel without typical blockchain wait times. He called it the new standard for on-chain payments.

The “send crypto, receive local currency” feature adds another layer of utility. It lets users send SUI or USDC-Sui while the recipient collects local currency.

This makes cross-border payouts simpler for everyday users.

Starting today, anywhere @RedotPay is accepted, so is SUI.

What This Means for Global Crypto Payments

Jonathan Chan, Co-Founder and Head of Partnerships at RedotPay, called the move a step toward merging crypto with traditional transactions.

RedotPay’s growth reflects a wider shift in how people view digital assets. Crypto is no longer just a speculative tool. It is becoming part of daily financial life.

Sui’s network was purpose-built for high-speed digital transactions. Adding RedotPay’s merchant network gives Sui a direct path into mainstream commerce.

Users in over 100 countries can now spend their Sui-native holdings at millions of locations. That reach makes this one of the more significant crypto payments integrations in recent months.
