hedera is deprecating AccountBalanceQuery in july 2026 (v0.75)

scalability upgrade → migrate to mirror node rest api.
throttle schedule:
feb–apr: 40k rps
may: 20k rps
jun: 10k rps
jul: removed (all fail)
prep now. test in may/june.
