The Chinese side proactively set the agenda, criticizing the essence of the U.S. "reciprocal tariffs" unilateralism and protectionism, pointing out that the U.S. restrictive measures have negative spillover effects on global service trade, and urging the U.S. to earnestly comply with WTO rules and work with all parties to promote the healthy and stable development of global service trade.
