PANews, October 3rd news, UXLINK announced that it plans to launch proposal voting on Snapshot on October 4th, with the proposal content including:

Unlock a portion of tokens in advance for users affected by the hacking attack;
Use all recovered funds (from the exchange), the litigation team, and part of the Treasury funds to compensate affected users.
