According to Gate News bot, Cointelegraph reports that in response to community concerns regarding the use of approximately $600 million in ADA funds, Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson announced that an audit report will be released for clarification.
The doubts mainly focus on a transfer of 318 million ADA (currently worth about 229 million USD) that occurred during the Allegra hard fork in 2021. NFT artist Masato Alexander made allegations that Hoskinson manipulated the ledger using the genesis key.
In response, Hoskinson denied it, stating that most of the tokens had been redeemed by the original purchasers, and the remaining portion had been transferred to Intersect as a donation.
