According to Deep Tide TechFlow news, on July 10, Kraken exchange announced the expansion of its business coverage in Latin America, officially launching local currency payment channels in Argentina and Mexico. Users can now deposit Argentine Pesos (ARS) and Mexican Pesos (MXN) directly through local payment methods, and the system will automatically convert to US dollars, eliminating the need for international wire transfers.
At the same time, Kraken has obtained the registration qualification of the virtual asset service provider ( VASP ) from the National Securities Commission of Argentina ( CNV ), achieving compliant operations. This move aims to serve these two active cryptocurrency markets, particularly Argentina with an inflation rate exceeding 200% and Mexico at the forefront of blockchain innovation.
