The dYdX Decentralized Exchange has just announced its vision for 2025, introducing a series of upgrades aimed at making the platform more accessible, social, and versatile.
The biggest highlight is the trading feature through Telegram, expected to launch in September 2025. After purchasing Pocket Protector, users can connect their dYdX account with this messaging app and trade directly – a move to bring DeFi closer to everyday communication tools.
Upcoming features:
Social login via Google, Apple, Passkey, supports instant deposit.
Batch Orders: Break down large orders using advanced order types such as Scale and TWAP.
Fee sharing: Liquidity provider partners can receive up to 50% of the protocol fees.
Staking incentive: DYDX token holders who stake will receive a discount on trading fees.
Osmosis Integration: Supports USDC-DYDX swaps and staking on the web application.
Performance upgrade: Place, cancel, and process orders faster.
In addition to perpetual trading, dYdX will expand into spot trading ( starting with Solana pairs ), adding USDT deposits and withdrawals, fiat, Solana, and researching derivative products linked to real-world assets (RWA).
With this roadmap, dYdX aims to become a new generation DEX, bridging the gap between traditional traders and the Web3 community.
