ON Semiconductor director Paul Anthony Mascarenas received a grant of 168 fully-vested common shares as part of his compensation. These shares, valued at $62.19 each, were issued in lieu of a portion of his first-quarter 2026 cash retainers, based on his prior election. Following this transaction, Mascarenas directly holds 55,488 common shares in the company.
