On March 28, 2026 Zhongguancun Forum parallel forum—the Xiong’an “Artificial Intelligence+” industry ecosystem integration and development forum—was held in Xiong’an New Area. As the only out-of-Beijing parallel forum of the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum, this forum brought together more than 300 guests, including academicians and experts, as well as representatives from companies and investment institutions. It focused on showcasing innovative practices in Beijing and Xiong’an that promote coordinated development of the artificial intelligence industry, released the science and technology achievements of the Beijing–Xiong’an coordinated innovation, and issued the “recruit the champion” project list for the joint tackling of artificial intelligence challenges by the Beijing–Xiong’an Artificial Intelligence Joint Research. A batch of key science and technology cooperation and industrial investment projects was signed in a concentrated manner, and Xiong’an New Area’s artificial intelligence “Hundred-Model Competition” was launched simultaneously.
