The certificate number is: GR202531007531. The issuance date is December 25, 2025, and the certificate is valid for three years. This recognition is a re-recognition conducted after the original “High-tech Enterprise Certificate” expired. According to the “Enterprise Income Tax Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the relevant tax provisions for high-tech enterprises issued by the state, after passing the high-tech enterprise recognition, the company will enjoy the country’s related tax preferential policies for high-tech enterprises for three consecutive years, and will pay enterprise income tax at a tax rate of 15%.
