Binzhou and China Science and Technology Star Map jointly signed five major low-altitude economy industry cooperation projects

Binzhou Daily/Binzhou Net News On April 2, a delegation from Aerospace Information and Mapping (Zhongke Star Chart) Co., Ltd. arrived in Binzhou by special arrangement to conduct a targeted inspection of the low-altitude economy industry, and attended the centralized signing ceremony for low-altitude economy industry projects. The initiative aims to deepen shared understanding of cooperation between both sides and promote the integration of resources and coordinated development in the low-altitude economy sector.

During the inspection, the delegation conducted on-site research on Binzhou’s low-altitude intelligent sensing and integrated platform, the Binzhou exhibition hall of the Bohai Advanced Technology Research Institute, the Digital Economy Sci-Tech Innovation Industrial Park of Binzhou New Energy Group, and the Shandong Aviation College. They gained a systematic understanding of Binzhou’s foundation and plans in terms of low-altitude infrastructure, scientific research and innovation, industrial capacity, and talent cultivation. After the inspection, both sides held a special symposium and exchanged views on deepening strategic cooperation in the low-altitude economy sector.

At the centralized signing ceremony, both sides, based on their end-to-end layout of the low-altitude economy industrial chain, focused on key links in industrial development and collectively signed agreements for five priority cooperation projects. These included the low-altitude intelligent networked services platform and the Xingtu Zhiyuan Northern Headquarters Base project; the drone countermeasure equipment and drone special-vehicle retrofit manufacturing project; the low-altitude culture, tourism, and comprehensive operations project; the full-space unmanned logistics system project; and the project to jointly build an aerospatial information research institute with Shandong Aviation College. The signed projects cover multiple areas including headquarters economy, research and development and manufacturing, scenario-based applications, and talent cultivation. The successful signing of these five major projects is an important step to deepen cooperation and seek common development. Through a multi-point layout that leverages the headquarters economy to lead the way, research and development and manufacturing to provide support, scenario-based applications to empower capabilities, and talent cultivation to ensure backing, the initiatives will effectively integrate both sides’ strengths in resources and jointly build a complete closed-loop industrial ecosystem for the low-altitude economy. They will further improve Binzhou’s low-altitude economy industrial layout and inject strong new momentum into Binzhou’s efforts to create a regional hub for the low-altitude economy industry and drive high-quality development of the industry.
