Broadridge to Expand Proxy Voting and Disclosure Platform to Include Tokenized Securities

Broadridge Financial Solutions will extend its proxy voting platform to include tokenized securities, recording data on the Avalanche blockchain. This will allow issuers to view voting results for both traditional and digital securities in one dashboard, starting with proxy voting.

On April 7, Broadridge Financial Solutions announced that it will expand its proxy voting and disclosure platform to cover tokenized securities. Relevant data will be recorded on the Avalanche L1 blockchain and synchronized to other blockchains. Issuers will be able to view voting results for both traditional and digital securities in a single dashboard. Proxy voting will be the first corporate action supported, with additional actions to be supported in the future.
