(300695.SZ) announced that on April 2, 2026, the company entered into a “Fund Interest Transfer Agreement for Jiuxiao Jiuzao Xinyi Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)” with Mianyang Technological City Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Mianyang Tech Innovation Investment”). Mianyang Tech Innovation Investment previously held 99.9527% of the property interests of Jiuxiao Jiuzao Xinyi Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Jiuzao Xinyi” or the “Investment Target”), corresponding to a subscribed amount of RMB 211.30 million and a paid-in amount of RMB 102.00 million. The company plans to use its own funds of RMB 26.75 million to acquire 12.6537% of the property interests in the Investment Target held by Mianyang Tech Innovation Investment (the portion of property interests transferred by Mianyang Tech Innovation Investment has not yet been paid in). At the same time, the company, along with Kunshan Jiuzao Kangqian Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jiuzao Investment”) and Mianyang Tech Innovation Investment, jointly signed an “Articles of Partnership for Jiuxiao Jiuzao Xinyi Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)”. After completion of this transaction, the company will become one of the limited partners of Jiuzao Xinyi, with a subscribed contribution amount of RMB 26.75 million, a paid-in contribution amount of RMB 25.10 million, and it will hold 12.6537% of the property interests of Jiuzao Xinyi.
