CEA Industries says YZi Labs' request to fix record date is deficient, blocks consent solicitation
CEA Industries announced its board has found YZi Labs’ request to set a record date for a consent solicitation to be deficient. The board determined that the Request Letter omitted material disclosures required by the company’s bylaws, preventing them from setting a record date or allowing YZi Labs to proceed with its proposed consent solicitation. CEA Industries will file a consent revocation statement with the SEC and will review any corrected request for compliance.
