Recently, in China’s first 300 MW-class non-deducting (non-supplementary-fuel) compressed air energy storage power station, the stator of the generator for China Power Construction Feicheng 2×300 MW Salt Cavern Compressed Air Energy Storage Station Unit 2 was precisely hoisted and put into position. This key lifting operation was successfully completed, laying a core foundation for the subsequent rotor installation and strongly supporting the project’s construction schedule. After the project is completed, it is expected to conduct 330 annual cycles, generating 1.188 billion kWh of electricity per year, which can meet the annual electricity needs of 600,000 households.
