February 27|Major A-share indices strengthened, with the ChiNext index rising over 1%, the Shanghai Composite up 0.6%, and the Shenzhen Component up 1.11%. PEEK, automotive supply chain, and computing power industry sectors saw notable gains, with nearly 4,500 stocks in the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing markets rising.

Northbound capital net purchases of A-shares exceeded 7 billion yuan.

6G concept stocks rallied, with Mingyang Circuit (300739) hitting the daily limit, and ZTE Corporation’s A-shares reaching the limit while H-shares rose over 9%. Fenghuo Communication (600498) rose over 8%, while Xinwei Communication (300136), Guangxun Technology (002281), and China Satellite Communications (601698) also increased. In terms of news, ten countries, including the United States, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and the United Kingdom, reached a consensus on common principles for the research and development of 6G wireless communication systems.

A-share computing power concept stocks gained strength, with High-tech Development (000628) hitting the daily limit, and Cambrian rising over 10%. Previously, Zhongke Shuguang (603019) and Runjian Co., Ltd. (002929) hit the daily limit, while Unisoc (000938), Jingjia Micro (300474), and Hongbo Shares (002229) also surged.

The A-share satellite internet sector rose in the afternoon, with Zhenhua Technology (000733) hitting the daily limit, and Shaanxi Huada, Chuangyuan Xinke, and Hengyu Xintong rising over 10%. Liyang Chip, Nanjing Panda (600775), and Tianyin Electromechanical (300342) had notable gains. In terms of news, on February 26, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (000901) released the “Blue Book of China Aerospace Activities (2023),” stating that China plans to carry out around 100 launch missions in 2024, expected to set new records. A series of major tasks are planned for 2024, including the first launch mission at the first commercial space launch site and accelerated construction of multiple satellite constellations.
