China National Machinery Industry Corporation Precision Engineering: Subsidiary terminates customized factory leasing cooperation agreement

Guojiji Precision Engineering announced that the “Cooperation Agreement” signed between its holding subsidiary Zhengzhou Sanmo Superhard Materials Co., Ltd. and Zhengzhou Tianjian Juchuang Technology Co., Ltd. has been terminated on March 24, 2026, due to both parties failing to reach a consensus on the preliminary design and budget. After the termination of the agreement, Tianjian Juchuang will continue to promote project construction, while Sanmo Superhard will actively seek other suitable facilities to ensure the demand for production and operational space. The signing of this termination agreement will not have a significant impact on the company’s financial condition or operating results for this fiscal year.
