Gelonghui March 24 — According to the latest disclosure of interests from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on March 23, 2026, Deqi Medicine-B (06996.HK) executive director Long Zhengguo increased his holdings by purchasing 267,500 shares at an average price of HKD 3.893 per share in the open market, involving approximately HKD 1,041,400.

After the increase, Long Zhengguo’s total holdings amount to 4,247,500 shares, with his ownership stake rising from 0.59% to 0.63%.
