GSR Acquires Autonomous and Architech for $57 Million, Launches Integrated Crypto Capital Markets and Treasury Platform
Deep Tide TechFlow News, March 17 — According to Chainwire, cryptocurrency market maker GSR announced the completion of two acquisitions for a total of $57 million: digital asset management company Autonomous and token issuance and customized liquidity strategy consulting firm Architech. The acquisitions aim to provide integrated capital markets and treasury management services from inception to scaling for tokenization projects.
After the acquisition, Autonomous will retain its original brand under the GSR Group and continue to provide startup operations, operational support, and financial infrastructure services for tokenization projects. Architech will become the core of GSR’s digital asset advisory business (GSR Digital Asset Advisory), working in synergy with GSR’s existing institutional trading, liquidity, and asset management capabilities.
