Former U.S. Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Gene Ludwig-led banking licensing network Cari Network has selected Matter Labs' Prividium, which is based on ZKsync and anchored to Ethereum, as the underlying infrastructure to provide "stablecoin-like" on-chain payment and settlement tracks for U.S. regional and mid-sized banks.
