Dilireba Wins Defamation Case and Receives Public Apology; Defendant Required to Compensate 2050 Yuan

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, a case involving Dilreba Dilimulati and defendant Liang regarding online infringement liability disputes has concluded its trial. The court served the civil judgment to Liang through public announcement.The court ruled that Liang must make a public apology to Dilreba and compensate 2050 yuan in spiritual damages and solace fees. If dissatisfied with this judgment, within 15 days after the expiration of the announcement period, an appeal petition and copies may be submitted to the court to appeal to the Beijing Fourth Intermediate People's Court. If no appeal is filed within the time limit, this judgment shall take legal effect.

The court ordered Liang Moumou to publicly apologize to Dilireba and pay 2,050 yuan in compensation for emotional damages and other costs. If dissatisfied with this judgment, an appeal can be filed within 15 days after the announcement period by submitting the appeal and copies to the court, to be heard by the Beijing Fourth Intermediate People’s Court. If no appeal is filed within the deadline, this judgment will become legally effective.
