Corebridge Financial announced that Minoru Kimura will depart its Board of Directors effective April 20, 2026, as part of Nippon Life Insurance Company’s personnel rotations. Nippon Life, which holds director designation rights based on its share ownership, will continue to have the right to appoint three directors, with Corebridge planning to appoint a new director in Kimura’s place. This change follows recent positive financial results for Corebridge, which surpassed analyst expectations in both the fourth quarter and the third quarter of 2025.
