While strengthening security measures, the Jordanian government is also engaging in intensive diplomatic communication to coordinate regional developments. King Abdullah II of Jordan recently visited the Armed Forces General Command to inspect and hear reports from the military on the current regional situation and troop readiness. The Jordanian military stated that the armed forces and security agencies remain on high alert and are capable of responding to any threats to national security and stability. The Jordanian military has announced the activation of defense cooperation mechanisms with multiple countries. Diplomatically, the Jordanian government is also actively coordinating in the region.
