Taoli Bread announces that the company’s controlling shareholder and actual controller, Wu Zhigang, holds 87,539,700 shares, accounting for 5.47%. The concerted actor, Xiao Shuyan, holds 6,017,400 shares, accounting for 0.38%. Wu Zhigang plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 31,994,400 shares, or 2%, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, through block trades; and no more than 9,979,800 shares, or 0.62%, through centralized bidding. Xiao Shuyan plans to reduce no more than 6,017,400 shares, or 0.38%, through centralized bidding, with the reduction price to be determined based on the market price at that time.
