According to CoinWorld, Newsis reports that Korea's token securities (STO) platform PIECE's operator Bycell Standard has completed Series A funding of 4 billion KRW (approximately $2.7 million USD), with investors including Xperix Group, S&S, and others. Xperix Group will become its main strategic shareholder. The new funds will be used for acquiring foundational assets for new products, recruiting talent, and applying for licensing for the middleman. Bycell Standard is one of seven companies approved by the Korea Financial Services Commission Securities and Futures Commission for business restructuring, and it is also a pre-licensed member of the KDX Alliance.
