Beijing Business Daily (Reporter Kong Wenxie) reported that on March 9, Lancang Ancient Tea announced that it expects to record revenue of approximately 205 million to 230 million yuan in 2025, a decrease of about 36.34% to 43.26% compared to 361 million yuan in 2024. At the same time, net loss attributable to shareholders of the parent company is expected to be between 80 million and 100 million yuan, a reduction of about 67.48% to 73.98% compared to a net loss of 308 million yuan in 2024. Lancang Ancient Tea stated that the decline in revenue is mainly due to the “slow recovery” of the consumer market, which has led to difficulties in operating the company’s offline physical stores. Despite the decrease in revenue, the significant reduction in net loss is attributed to large asset impairment losses in 2024, a substantial decrease in asset impairment losses in 2025, and the company’s cost-cutting and efficiency measures that reduced expenses.
