Securities Daily, March 9 — Fuda Alloys stated during a survey that the company’s management has developed a five-year strategic plan called “3+3+3+X+N” with a tiered layout aimed at 2030. The three 3s refer to three major pillar industries, three major growth industries, and three supporting platforms. X represents exploring future emerging industries, and N signifies achieving leapfrog development through mergers and acquisitions. The company will carry out various operational management tasks in an orderly manner around the established strategic goals, actively seek more development opportunities including project incubation and M&A when conditions are right, and continuously improve its business performance. If there are any future M&A or restructuring plans, the company will promptly follow the decision-making procedures and disclose them externally.
