"我是股东" Investor Education Activity Comes to Jinghe Integration

To guide investors in establishing rational investment, value investing, and long-term investment concepts, and to build an efficient communication bridge between listed companies and investors, on the afternoon of March 6th, Anhui Radio & TV, Guoyuan Securities, and the Shanghai Stock Exchange jointly held the “I Am a Shareholder” themed investor education event. The event led investors to visit Hefei Jinghe Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. (Stock code: 688249,简称: Jinghe Integration), a company listed on the STAR Market in Shanghai, to immerse themselves in understanding the company’s development strength, technological innovation, and industrial value.

This activity was organized jointly by Anhui Radio & TV, Guoyuan Securities, and the Shanghai Stock Exchange, attracting enthusiastic participation from institutional investors and retail investors from both within and outside the province. Through on-site visits and face-to-face discussions, the event provided investors with a direct and professional investor education experience, further improving communication channels and enhancing investors’ understanding of the semiconductor industry and listed companies.

At the event, relevant leaders from Jinghe Integration guided investors through the company exhibition hall and production display area, providing a comprehensive introduction to the company’s development history, core technologies, product matrix, and industrial layout. As Anhui Province’s first 12-inch wafer foundry, Jinghe Integration was founded in 2015 and was listed on the STAR Market in May 2023.

Inside the exhibition hall, the technological evolution from mature processes to advanced processes was showcased, including diversified product layouts such as display driver chips (DDIC), CMOS image sensors (CIS), power management ICs (PMIC), microcontrollers (MCU), and logic chips, clearly illustrating the company’s focus on semiconductor wafer foundry and promoting chip independence and controllability. Investors gained a close-up understanding of chip manufacturing processes, high-end process R&D achievements, and the broad application of products in consumer electronics, smart home appliances, automotive electronics, security, and industrial control fields, directly experiencing the company’s core competitiveness and technological innovation strength in mature process areas.

In the subsequent discussion session, senior executives and core business leaders from Jinghe Integration engaged in in-depth interactions with investors, sharing detailed insights on the company’s strategic planning, technological R&D, capacity layout, market expansion, performance, and industry development trends.

During the Q&A, investors actively asked questions about technological iteration, capacity release, market competitive advantages, and future growth drivers. The management team responded carefully to each question, creating a lively interactive atmosphere. The company stated it would continue to enhance core competitiveness and operational quality to deliver steady performance and repay investors’ trust and support.

At the end of the event, Anhui Radio & TV and Guoyuan Securities presented Jinghe Integration with the Shanghai Stock Exchange “I Am a Shareholder” commemorative cup, marking the successful conclusion of this company visit activity.
