ZIM Integrated Shipping Services announced that its full-year revenue for fiscal year 2025 was $6.9 billion, with a net profit of $481 million, a significant decline compared to 2024. The company declared a fourth-quarter dividend of $0.88 per share, bringing the total dividend for the full fiscal year 2025 to $1.99 per share. Despite declines in average freight rates and cargo volume, ZIM still generated $2.3 billion in operating cash flow. Hapag-Lloyd is about to acquire ZIM at a price of $35 per share, and with its expected dividend yield approaching 15%, this forms the current investment thesis.
