United Capital Group, a leading Pan-African investment bank and financial services group, has announced its audited Financial Results for the year ended December 31, 2025, highlighting notable growth in earnings, profitability, and dividend payments. The Group reported a 35% rise in revenue, moving from ₦43.43 billion in 2024 to ₦58.55 billion in 2025. United Capital also disclosed that profit before tax rose by 37% to ₦41.18 billion, while profit after tax grew by 17% to ₦28.15 billion. Total comprehensive income closed at ₦30.97 billion. In line with its commitment to shareholder value, the Board approved a final dividend of ₦0.70 per share, bringing the total dividend for the 2025 financial year to ₦1.00 per share (₦18 billion). This represents a 25% increase compared to the ₦14.4 billion paid in 2024 and reflects the Group’s dedication to consistent and improved wealth distribution.
