CFFEX: Announcement on Restricting Position Opening for Certain Clients
In the previous announcement, it was stated that on February 6, 2026, five groups of accounts with actual control relationships exceeded the intra-day opening trading volume limits on related contracts, reaching the exchange’s handling threshold. The trading behavior of the above clients violated Article 16 of the “Shanghai Futures Exchange Management Measures for Abnormal Trading Behaviors.” The exchange has decided to impose restrictions on opening positions for the relevant clients on the corresponding contracts.
