Stellantis Group releases its full-year 2025 financial results, with the group achieving a net revenue of €153.5 billion

On February 26, Stellantis Group announced its full-year financial results for 2025: the group achieved a net revenue of €153.5 billion, down 2% year-over-year compared to 2024. This decline was primarily due to unfavorable exchange rate issues and the negative impact of declining net vehicle prices in the first half of 2025. Despite growth in sales volume and favorable structural differences, these factors were not enough to offset the negative effects. The group reported a net loss of €22.3 billion, mainly due to €25.4 billion in expenses related to strategic adjustments to meet customer preferences and changes in regulatory environment and frameworks.

Stellantis Group CEO Antonio Filosa stated, “The full-year performance in 2025 reflects that we overestimated the pace of energy transition and the costs associated with it. It also highlights the need to realign our business around customer needs, allowing all customers to freely choose among various models powered by pure electric, hybrid, and internal combustion engines. In the second half of 2025, we began to see initial positive signs of progress. Our efforts to improve product and service quality are starting to pay off, new product launches are being executed strongly, and revenue has recovered with year-over-year growth. In 2026, our focus will be on continuing to address the operational deviations from previous periods and driving more profitable growth for the group.”
