Focus on the invisible nodes in the middle of the start and end!

Abstract generation in progress

Actually, reflecting on a major cycle or a minor cycle, in the end, it always comes down to these three rhythms:

Explosion, choosing strength, and focusing!

I previously shared with everyone the starting and ending points of these two nodes!

Today, I want to share with you the most important node in the process: focusing!

First, I want to clarify that this is not always achievable in every situation. When it’s not, it’s like a flood of carp—perhaps the pattern isn’t good, emotions are unstable, the next day there’s a rumor debunking, or the news isn’t strong enough—there are too many interfering factors!

Just like in society, there are more bad people than good, but we can’t deny the common qualities of good people because of bad ones. When we meet good people, we should cherish and be grateful, so that we can encounter more good people, right?

Alright, we all know that after a sector experiences a big explosion, the next steps are choosing strength, then focusing and grouping together, and then it’s over!

I believe the most critical part is this act of choosing strength. Sometimes, relying on our subjective judgment, we often miss the mark. So, this narrow door is also called breaking attachment!
We often find that the leading stocks run the entire market, even for several days longer than the market as a whole. The core reason is grouping and focusing!

Therefore, grouping and focusing are extremely valuable and scarce resources. In the capital market, anything scarce is considered valuable and is regarded as a core competitive advantage!

In the past, I often defined this leading stock by sector reflows after grouping, and by turning points for positioning. Actually, this is a subjective consensus confirmed on the right side of the chart.

However, sometimes the market is unreasonable. You will find some leaders that don’t have turning points or sector reflows; they just move independently. This is what we call grouping and focusing, which produces unexpected and scarce opportunities. They move, and you decide whether to recognize it or not!

Of course, we believe that turning points and sector reflows are very important success factors, but whether reflow happens or not depends on the market!

Suppose it should reflow on the fourth or fifth day, but it keeps not reflowing until the eighth day—what can we do?

So, we must strengthen ourselves. When external liquidity disappears and the environment is poor, most flowers in the greenhouse will face storms and struggle to recover!

Therefore, our aesthetic must be elevated to the level of a scavenger. As long as there’s a little liquidity in the market, it can survive!

Relying on mountains collapsing, water flowing, people leaving—only relying on oneself will make you truly outstanding!

So, from the very beginning, we should look for stocks that rely on themselves, not on emotions, not on sectors, not on resonance!

Regardless of the environment’s ups and downs, regardless of how strong the competitors are, regardless of how many blows they’ve taken, their heart only has one goal: move forward, forward, forward!

And this process requires resilience, teamwork, exceeding expectations, and independence.

That’s why grouping is the core reason that can meet these conditions.

Only grouping, only focusing, can in a world of blooming and withering, clouds rolling and unfolding, keep the original intention and avoid one temptation and trap after another!

To put it simply, it’s grouping, grouping, and still grouping.

What if grouping collapses? Just change to a new story and continue grouping!

Looking back at my own transaction records, everything that made me big money was basically grouping after achieving uniqueness. Everything that caused me to lose money was mainly arbitrage, itchy hands, shooting at random targets—some stocks looked great during the day, but the next day they inexplicably crashed, and I couldn’t figure out what went wrong!

Successful experiences often share commonalities that can be identified and verified!

Failures, on the other hand, are varied. Why did they fail? Maybe you won’t find the correct answer even after half a century!

So today, I want to share with you that within my ability circle and cognition, the most successful and simplest, most comfortable approach is:

Explosion, choosing strength, focusing

After focusing, it’s time to group. As for how long it will last, I will follow it until the end!
