Abstract generation in progress

Las Vegas Sands Corp. remains committed to building a destination resort and casino in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, despite repeated legislative setbacks in Texas to legalize gambling. Andy Abboud, senior vice president of government relations, expressed confidence that legalization is a matter of “when, not if,” emphasizing that Dallas-Fort Worth is their sole focus in the U.S. for such a project. This commitment persists even as the company focuses on its Singapore resort.
