By the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan, approximately 7.5 million units of "sold but difficult to deliver" housing have been delivered nationwide. Among them, Country Garden has delivered about 1.85 million units, and many other developers such as Greenland, Sunac, Zhongnan Properties, Cifi, and others have also achieved tens of thousands of units in guaranteed delivery. The nationwide "delivery difficulty" issue has been effectively alleviated. Several industry leaders also clearly stated that the task of guaranteed delivery has been basically completed.
