DUSK Network (DUSK) has taken a rather unique path. Unlike most blockchain projects that follow a black-and-white approach, it has chosen a more challenging route — finding a balance between absolute privacy protection and necessary compliance requirements.

The goal of this project is very clear: to serve the financial sector with strict regulatory requirements. To use an analogy, some stablecoin solutions are like high-speed channels laid out for the ecosystem, while DUSK is more like a high-end trading room designed for institutional investors — where privacy and compliance can coexist.

This differentiated positioning reflects a reality in crypto finance: different application scenarios require different trade-offs. DUSK’s strategy is not to avoid regulation but to incorporate it into the core design. For institutional users, this combination of reliability and flexibility is exactly what they have been seeking.

Can privacy and compliance truly be achieved simultaneously? This approach is indeed crazy; it's a gamble on whether those institutional folks will really buy in.

Regulation-friendly privacy projects sound good, but it's hard to say how long they can last. Will institutions be willing to buy in...

Hmm, the idea is quite interesting. Can privacy and compliance be achieved simultaneously? It sounds a bit difficult. But to be honest, institutions really need this kind of thing. Just hiding from regulation isn't enough. As for compliance... can it truly be balanced, or is it just another PPT project? While other projects are struggling with internal conflicts, they actually embrace regulation. Not many dare to take this route. I think I kind of get it, but can this thing really be implemented? Let's wait and see.

Can privacy and compliance truly coexist? It sounds like a beautiful game-theoretic equilibrium, but what I doubt more is—who will ensure that this balance doesn't topple when policies change? When institutions come in, governance inertia follows.

Privacy + compliance are really difficult, but DUSK's approach is quite pragmatic, much more reliable than projects that just shout about decentralization every day.
